The BBC has created a custom website interface for use with the Wii channels! This means that their iPlayer will now work seamlessly with the Wii Internet Channel.
This brand new and fully optimized interface will go by the name of the ‘Bigscreen iPlayer’, it still retains everything we like about the iPlayer site, only it has been simplified and given a bright new facelift.
Navigation will be a piece of cake using the Wiimote and the whole enterprise just goes to show the mainstream appeal of the Wii console – something which the BBC are clearly aware of!
