Easy to set up and play. Yoga, Muscle, Aerobic, Balance and extra fun games/exercises. Advanced levels unlock as you progress and you can run on the spot for up to 30 mins while watching the TV. My 8 year old loves the balance games and we have flying competitions which really hurt my arms! If you like the idea of exercising at home and already have a Wii console then I would highly recommend Wii Fit. Debzzzz
